Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily resort and hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, service standards, and company policies.
- Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and duty schedules
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
- Assist in handling guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Support inventory control, supplies monitoring, and basic cost-control initiatives
- Prepare daily operational reports and incident logs for management review
- Function as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when assigned by the Resort Manager
