The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate .

Responsibilitie

• communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• work with internal departments to meet customer's need
• data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• Senior High School (SHS) graduate or College graduate
• With or without experience (experience in customer service or reservations is an advantage)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
