Housekeeping Manager vacancy – Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for a client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring housekeeping cleansing staff, multiple cuisine cooks, security personnel, drivers, and other team members required by VVIPs/HNIs living in the UAE. The candidate should be able to assess candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conduct screening tests, and manage candidate experience. The role includes developing job posts and job descriptions, defining job requirements, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the selection and offer process. Ensure that testing, hiring, and selection are conducted in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Hire housekeeping staff, cooks, security personnel, drivers, and other team members for VVIPs/HNIs living in the UAE.
• Screen candidates by evaluating resumes and applications; conduct screening tests.
