Scope of Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, aesthetics, and overall presentation of the villas. The role oversees the housekeeping team, linen management, uniforms, equipment, and consumables, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department
Prepare daily schedules and allocate tasks to team members
Conduct final villa inspections prior to guest arrivals
Monitor reservations and adjust cleaning priorities accordingly
