Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Lead, train, assist and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
- Prepare work schedules and duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing.
- Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms and public areas to maintain standards. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
- Perform various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Team Leader
- Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
