• Monitor the safety and well-being of the children in a residential setting.
• Create a nurturing and positive home environment.
• Enforce rules and regulations of the residential setting.
• Plan and organize recreational activities for the children.
• Provide supervision and guidance for children's growth and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Provide educational and social support to the children.
• Full-time stay in Houseparent.
