What You’ll Do:

• Acts as the strategic HR Business Partner for plant leadership, aligning HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational structure with operational and production goals.
• Oversees end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, separation, payroll coordination, records management, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards.
