Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling daily administrative and HR tasks.
- Assist in recording details of received items, such as names, numbers, and descriptions (VANDEL).
- Provide back-up support on tracking, monitoring inventory, compliance needs and notifying HR Supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Enter Purchase Requisitions and place orders for office supplies.
- Support in maintaining a neat office environment, organized inventory storage area and 5S Program.
- Checking of Billing per cut-off. (per assigned Agency)
- Encoding of Newly Deployed Agency Personnel in the system (Pcore).
- Company Phone Monitoring and Issuances.
- Ensures all applicable systems and paperwork are maintained and updated accordingly.
- Other duties/ HR projects, as assigned.
