Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and HR databases
- Support end-to-end recruitment administration including job postings and scheduling
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
- Handle day-to-day HR queries from staff and managers professionally
- Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate data submission to the payroll team
- Generate HR reports and assist with compliance, audits and policy updates
