Job Description

What you 'll do
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Japan office as primary point of coverage, while supporting APAC offices.
  • Support administration and compliance for social insurance and statutory filings, partnering with external vendors to deliver accurate, timely results.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities and movements, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers; manage employment documentation, benefits enrollment, and coordination with other functional teams such as Payroll and Benefits.
  • Partner with Payroll, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and external providers to resolve complex HR operational matters and ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Respond to employee inquiries and manage escalations with clear, timely communication and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Help identify, design, and lead process-improvement projects to increase accuracy, speed, and compliance across HR operations
