HR and Recruiter

This is a remote position. Recruiter We are looking for an HR Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. You will be able to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent, while consistently maintaining a focus on growing a strong pipeline.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in technical recruitment also. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE SOME OVERLAP WITH US TIME ZONE DAILY. Responsibilities - Conduct a recruiting strategy meeting with the hiring manager to identify needs, identify recruiting approach, and discusses a methodology to ensure the quality of hire goals are met.

Manage full-cycle recruiting processes and procedures for technical requisitions. Able to creatively source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels. Thoroughly screen candidates to assess relevant knowledge, experience, and soft and technical skills.
