Key Responsibilities
Onboarding: Help prepare welcome kits, set up new hire orientations, and ensure all Day 1 documentation is completed smoothly.
Work with various teams in assisting new hires on laptops, completing Work day tasks, Scheduling HR orientations
HRIS & Documentation: Maintain digital employee records Workday and ensure data integrity within our systems.
Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building events, town halls, and internal newsletters.
Special Projects: Assist with on-going HR projects in the country
What We’re Looking For
Current Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
