Job Description

HR Assistant (1 year contract)

The role involves providing strong administrative support to the HR team in the following functions:

  • Support Building and Construction Authority (BCA) registrations and renewals
  • Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation of supporting documents
  • Assist with internship applications and coordination with local institutions
  • Track and maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) learning hours
  • Maintain accurate training and learning records in line with Singapore regulatory requirements
  • Prepare documentation to support compliance readiness and audits
  • Coordinate training administration, including logistics, registrations, attendance tracking and communications
  • Compile and standardise ASEAN Learning & Development documentation and records
