Job Description

As the HR Associate – Health, Safety & Leave Programs, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting core people programs across Fleetway.

Mid‑Level Role

This role requires 2–5 years of experience in health & safety or HR operations (leave, accommodations, HR coordination). You will bring a strong foundation in coordination, compliance, and working within structured processes.

What This Role Is (and Is Not)

• Hands‑on coordination focused on tracking, documentation, and follow‑through.
• Not a senior safety advisor or standalone HR Business Partner.
• Work closely with experienced HR professionals who provide direction and support.
