- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs and updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in administering employee benefits.
- Coordinate government-mandated benefits and ensure compliance.
- Handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Labor Relations
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Help in addressing employee concerns and preparing necessary documentation.
- Support in disciplinary procedures and case documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance through established timekeeping systems.
- Validate, process, and endorse timekeeping reports to payroll.
- Assist in payroll preparation as needed.
