HR Billing Executive

Ulrich Engineering & Railworks Pte Ltd seeks a responsible, organised, and proactive HR/Billing/Admin Executive to support human resource, payroll, billing, and administrative functions for Singapore rail infrastructure projects.

• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
• Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation to support smooth employee transitions
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, staff medicals, and mandatory training to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, and training records to maintain up-to-date workforce data
• Prepare monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, and deductions, for timely processing
