Support respective organization in developing HR strategies including employee capability planning aligned with the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long-term needs of the respective organization. Provide HR perspectives on all operational matters of their business strategies and assist with their execution.
Act as an internal HR consultant and assist on the execution of global/regional/local HR strategy and policy on the respective organization and the proper adjustment to respective organization specific requirements.
