Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

• Responsible for leading hourly hiring activities – pre-screening candidates, interviewing, facilitate orientation, preparation of new hire packages
• New hire setup (timely and accurate preparation of WIN-PAK time cards, entering documentation in SAP and Kronos in a timely manner)
• Partner with leaders to identify recruiting needs and play an active role in the selection process
• First point of contact for all HR inquires
• Ensure people movement (new hires, voluntary and involuntary terminations, promotions, transfers etc.) is flawlessly executed in SAP
• Coordination and administration of leaves, layoffs and terminations
• Manage hourly attendance program
