Job SummaryThe HR Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting programs that enhance employee performance, foster learning and development, and improve engagement across the organization. Working under the guidance and supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Development Specialist ensures alignment with the company's HR strategy and assists in implementing employee-focused initiatives that support organizational goals.
