This role will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership while ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing collective bargaining matters, supporting workforce planning, and fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience working in unionized environments, advising leadership on complex employee matters, interpreting collective bargaining agreements, and driving HR strategies that support organizational goals.
