HR Executive (People & Culture)

Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and enjoy working with people and data? Our client is looking for an HR professional to support key people initiatives across compensation, benefits, employee engagement, and HR operations.

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Outram Park
• Contract: Perm

• Support the administration of employee rewards and benefit programmes
• Coordinate benefit enrolments, amendments, claims, and employee exits
• Work closely with external service providers to ensure smooth delivery of benefits
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries relating to HR policies and benefits
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support HR planning and decision‑making
