Job Description

The Trulite Human Resource Generalist will function as the sole HR Support for the Salt Lake City, UT location. In this role, the successful candidate will drive organizational culture while facilitating metrics and organizational communication strategy, coaching associates and managers regarding employee relations issues including performance management, facilitate dispute resolutions and all other task in line with company policies and legal practices. $75,000 - $80,000

SKILLS YOU BRING:

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
