HR Generalist - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions , with a primary focus on recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management .
• Serve as the key liaison with government authorities (MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc.) on employee matters, and coordinate with SFA and the management board on licensing and operational issues.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation.
• Handle applications and renewals of employee work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Administer payroll operations , ensuring accurate salary computation, verification of reports, and timely communication of payroll details to employees and managers.
