HR Governance & Compliance Manager

Manage process governance across the People Experience team and the wider One HR organization by monitoring and assessing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending innovative solutions including AI chatbots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve workflows, operations and employee performance.

Standardize processes, lead associated change management activities, and ensure employee lifecycle processes remain GDPR compliant and aligned with international best practice.

Proactively identify and recommend industry best practices for process governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
