Job Description
- Lead the HR function for two subsidiaries, balancing standardized group policies with the unique operational needs of each business.
- Serve as a key partner to subsidiary leadership on organizational design, headcount planning, and change management initiatives.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment and implement performance management frameworks to ensure high-quality hires and consistent employee development.
- Streamline payroll, benefits, and labor law compliance across both groups to ensure legal integrity and market competitiveness.
- Foster a cohesive group culture while maintaining the individual brand identity and engagement levels of each specific workforce.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Human Resource function and at least 2 years in leadership position
- Strong capability in setting up and oversees the whole HR functions, policies, SOPs, payroll, compliance, and overall human capital management.
