-Responsible for all talent acquisition keeping in view the organization structure
-Plans and directs programs all employee engagement activities covering employee connect, welfare, communication, counseling and retention
-Manages and monitors Performance Management aligned with corporate guidelines Drives mentoring / coaching as appropriate
-And employment screening of employees are completed on time
-Work with central Compensation & benefit team to ensure proper payroll administration & Rewards / Recognition management
-Enhance the time and quality of service with employees by Building relationships and employee engagement
