HR Manager

We are a well-established international Forex brokerage seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources operations for a large office and diverse workforce based in Dubai .

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment oversight, compliance with UAE labor law, and performance management. This role acts as a key business partner to senior management and reports directly to the Head of HR .

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and strong employee engagement within a fast-paced regulated environment.
