This full-time, in-office (Houston HQ) role plays a critical part in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compliance, and culture building.



Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding

Lead recruitment for all roles—technicians, customer service reps, support staff— across TX and OK locations.

Partner with local teams to manage candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.

Facilitate smooth onboarding: conduct orientation, paperwork, and HR systems setup.

Employee Relations & Retention

Serve as the internal HR advisor for employees and managers.

Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster retention and positive culture.
