Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage core HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business direction
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting positive relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Organize employee events and programs that support morale, wellness, and productivity

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
