Job Description
Salling Search is currently recruiting for an HR Manager for a leading ship and offshore supplier.
Reporting to senior management, you will take full ownership of the HR function, acting as a trusted business partner to drive people strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and talent management initiatives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job scoping to onboarding
