JOB DESCRIPTION

HIRING

• Manage job postings for open rank-and-file roles (direct hire & with manpower provider)

Physical posters

Coordinate posters with Marketing Team

• Perform initial review of applicant profiles
• Conduct assessments and initial interviews

ONBOARDING (Mandatory Documents)

• Ensure complete submission of government mandated legal documents prior to onboarding
• Input new hires’ information to organization’s HRIS system and internal trackers

SCHEDULING

• Coordination of new hires to their respective teams/departments for role-specific training (from manpower provider)

OFFBOARDING

• Perform exit interviews for employees of a certain level

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavior...
