The HR Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs, with a focus on technical, field-based, and operational professionals. This role ensures new hires supporting infrastructure, network operations, and field service delivery are effectively integrated and equipped with the tools, training, and knowledge required to succeed.


This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, and HR teams to deliver a consistent onboarding experience across corporate offices, client environments, and field locations.
