Job Description
HR Operations & Admin Senior Analyst – Burnaby, British Columbia
Responsibilities, Duties, Functions, Tasks
- Assist with New Employee Orientations & ensure complete personnel files, including signing all legal documents.
- Perform HR-related activities on HRIS tools (SAP/SuccessFactors), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (Hire to Retire).
- Assist with document audits, including urgent requests to scan, send or upload documentation for internal/external audits or per legal/HR Business Partner requirements.
- Handle Tier One general inquiries such as policy content, basic leave questions, and employee requests to update documents such as life insurance and other transactional requests.
- Process various HR transactions as per the established SOP.
- Manage calls from employees & other HR staff – proficient in English verbal communication.
