As the business continues to scale, our client is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to strengthen the India HR function, streamline people processes, and help create a more structured, consistent employee experience.
This is not a role for someone who wants to simply maintain existing HR processes. It is suited to someone who enjoys identifying gaps, building from the ground up, and working closely with leadership to shape a practical and scalable HR function for a growing business.
