You own the end‑to‑end recruitment coordination and applicant management for a US‑based client, ensuring that talent pipelines are active and candidates move through the hiring process without friction. Your role operates within a high‑volume delivery context, where you are responsible for maintaining job board integrity across Harri, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter while serving as the primary bridge between candidates and hiring managers.
This is not a passive administrative role. You operate within defined schedules and queues, executing initial screenings and coordinating interview logistics to meet specific hiring targets. You thrive in structured, fast‑paced recruitment environments, value data accuracy in applicant tracking systems, and prefer clear, measurable delivery standards over ambiguity.
