HR Policy Planning Senior Specialist — Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role: Senior specialist responsible for designing, developing and continuously improving the HR policy and workforce planning framework across all departments and functional divisions of a major UAE federal government entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update HR policies aligned with UAE federal government frameworks and FAHR directives
• Run periodic workforce planning cycles and identify headcount requirements
• Develop career path frameworks, job description cards, and succession programmes
• Prepare HR metric dashboards for senior leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years HR policy planning experience
• UAE National
• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Benefits

• Salary: AED 40,000-45,000 per month
