The HR Services Administrator serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support, resolving Tier 1 HR requests, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of employee data and HR transactions in alignment with internal policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide first‐level HR support to employees and line managers regarding HR-related inquiries.
Respond to employee requests and process transactions through inquiry systems using documented policies and procedures.
Escalate complex HR matters to second‐level support or appropriate teams.
Input and maintain employee data within HRIS systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate basic HR reports and performance metrics.
