Role and Responsibilities
- Provide walk‑in/call‑in support for HR tools (mainly Workday), incidents and questions about payroll, benefits, and other HR needs.
- Answer questions and address/resolution issues for managers and employees.
- Assist business HR with basic HR reporting.
- Support HRBPs with annual cycles and special projects.
- Provide issue tracking and resolution communication.
- Support talent attraction and employment life cycle management.
- Support employee communications, together with the Communications Manager.
- Support HR communication, HR initiatives and project execution.
- Support people event planning and execution.
- Act according to high compliance standards.
