Job Description
- HR Administration: Maintain physical and digital employee records, update HR databases (attendance, leaves, turnover), and prepare HR-related reports.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and assist with new hire orientation.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll preparation by providing data on absences and bonuses. Explain and help process employee benefits.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate meetings/events, and handle correspondence.
