Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certificates.
- Monitor attendance records and coordinate with payroll for accurate processing.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related concerns and raise as needed.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and other HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain inventory of office and HR supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as required.
