Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Provide support in employee relations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
