HR Assistant provides various administrative support under the Human Resources department, helping to ensure daily operations smoothly. The role shall involved in recruitment, timekeeping and benefits, and 201 filing. In-charge of onboarding and orientation, prepares HR documents such as contracts and reports, and monitors attendance, leave records, and timesheets. Additionally, respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and labor laws. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
