Hr Supervisor – Mining Operations & People Strategy

Cementation Mining Mexico is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead HR initiatives and oversee employee relations.
This position requires 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role and a strong understanding of Mexico labor laws.
Responsibilities include managing payroll processing, implementing HR strategies, and supporting labor relations.
