Chong Hua Hospital is hiring an experienced and dynamicHR Manager for Total Rewards who will be responsible for the oversight, design, and management of the total compensation and benefits administration programs and policies for Chong Hua Hospital making the organization’s Compensations and Benefits structure competitive and equitable in the market. S/he will monitor salary structures, establish cost controls to balance staffing needs, establish total rewards system for the organization through the application of modern-day HR platforms for rewards, implement procedures and programs that are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and ultimately prioritize a competitive employee value proposition both for existing and potential employees.
