Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Support talent management initiatives and employee development programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies
- Knowledgeable in DOLE Compliance and labor law
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
