Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support manpower planning by evaluating staffing requests, identifying capability gaps, and establishing strong external talent pipelines.
  • Align departmental goals with corporate objectives, oversee competency models, and manage employee competency assessments.
  • Manage candidate screening, assessments, and interviews, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective onboarding.
  • Lead the design and delivery of employee development programs, ensure compliance with training standards, and maintain accurate training records in coordination with Corporate HR and external training partners.
  • Conduct initial job evaluations, coordinate with Corporate Compensation & Benefits for implementation, and provide guidance on compensation- and benefits-related policies.
  • Oversee benefits processing and resolve payroll or benefits-related concerns to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
