Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing comprehensive health safety and environmental programs across our organization.
- Develop and implement HSE policies procedures and management systems to ensure compliance with local and international standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Lead incident investigations root cause analyses and develop preventive measures to minimize future occurrences
- Manage and analyze HSE performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations
