HSE Team Leader

Black & Grey HR is seeking an HSE Team Leader to join the client's offshore project delivery team on a permanent basis. You will lead the HSE function across assigned offshore operations, vessel activities, project sites, and shore-based facilities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements, UAE regulations, and company HSE management systems. The role will drive proactive safety culture, provide HSE leadership to operational teams, and ensure effective implementation of safety standards across all project activities. This is a permanent position based in the UAE, supporting offshore campaigns, vessel operations, and yard activities as required.
