Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Be the point of contact for employee queries on the tools and processes. Own the HR tools and processes used at PlaySimple Games. Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.
Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices. Analyzing data points to notice trends and actionable insights. Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits, onboarding etc.
Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs Driving impactful engagements that are crucial in boosting employee morale & connects. Requirements Qualifications and skills: 4-6 years of experience in HR Functional knowledge of HR domains Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for details Well-versed with Microsoft Office.
