Job Description
Handling all General Admin activities. Handling end-to-end Recruitment for various positions such as preparing job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating with various agencies, etc. Handling and executing Joining formalities, onboarding and off boarding of employees, appointment letters, etc.
Doing CSR activities for employees as well as members Manage monthly Payroll, leaves and Timesheet activities of each employee along withOKR. Monitor internal HR systems and databases Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results Act as primary HR contact for all employee related queries and concerns. Other duties as assigned.
